Cherry Hills Residence – addition and interior renovation
This newly renovated home is located in central Denver, Colorado. A generous kitchen & great-room addition was added to the east portion of the home to provide a large family gathering area for the Owner. The homes’ core interior was opened up to create a expansive open kitchen and great-room with new covered rear-yard patio & outdoor kitchen. The homes’ exterior was clad in brick to tie-in seamlessly with the current home exterior. Special attention was given to the rear patio walls & ceiling to introduce a warm material palette of stained western red cedar wood siding.
