Larkdale Dr. Custom Home addition & full home renovation. This full home renovation and roof dormer addition transformed the original 1970’s home into a clean, modern “open plan” home. The homes cedar wood-lined vaulted ceiling interior was accomplished by rebuilding the flat roof trusses from the interior without removing the original roof deck. Finish materials were carefully selected to be timeless and simple. The homes interior has been flooded with natural light from large expanses of glass to the west. A large 16’ long sliding patio door joins the interior great room to the exterior rear yard seamlessly to create a wonderful indoor / outdoor room extension. Exterior finishes are composed of western red cedar, and cut stone tiles with areas of smooth sand finished stucco.
