Dansky Mills Custom Home – new build
This new home is located in central Colorado and sits atop a hilly 2.5 acre site in Elizabeth, Colorado. The home’s interior is composed of a spacious loft overlooking the large great-room below. At the north end of the home is the oversized 3 car garage / shop and connecting interior breezeway. Exterior styling mimics the old board and batten sided homes of the true west with steeply pitched roofs to shed snow. An incredible wrap around covered porch anchors the front and south sides of the home extending the living space to the outdoors substantially. 

Note: The home’s floor plan and exterior massing has been modified by the builder / developer to better fit the neighborhood and site but the original home design credit goes to Nick Lee of “Houseplans”. Local Architect of Record: Synergy Design, Inc.
