Dillon Custom Mountain Home – new build
This new home is located in Summit County, Colorado and sits atop a steeply pitched site. The home stands apart from other mountain homes due to its unique material palette of beetle-kill pine siding and rusted weathered steel panels. The home’s design allows for the home to blend in with nearby mountain residences while also portraying unique qualities. This was accomplished through the special building massing and use of locally contextual materials.

The 5,800 square foot residence contains 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in 4,050 square feet of living space. The home has a wonderful south deck overlooking Keystone ski resort beyond.
