St. Marks Catholic Church – New Rectory Addition & Site improvements

This project consists of a new attached Admin / classroom wing and detached rectory building with added 3 car garage located at the north side of the current church complex. The design task was to develop a 3D design concept study that incorporated both the building massing & architectural character integration; as well as, conduct preliminary site zoning & planning analysis with the local
County jurisdiction.
